This deliverable contains information over the radiation hardening assurance (RHA) approaches applied in various European radiation test facilities and irradiation institutes.
In the scope of this document, the primary focus will be the applicability of the ESCC Basic Specification No. 25100 for Single Event Effects (SEE) and ESCC Basic Specification No. 22900 for Total Ionizing Dose (TID) testing at these selected radiation facilities. These are the only European standards for radiation testing available. This will inhibit the ability of customers to give a guarantee of the validity of the RHA performed. Where applicable, references to the military standards MIL-STD-750F are given.
